Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the business that operates AutoList AI (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use AutoList AI. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

1. What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number, business name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Business content: product sheets, product details, images, marketplace templates, generated listings and files you create.
Billing details: plan and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store full card numbers.
Support and sales: details you give when you book a demo, raise a ticket or email us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages used, and logs needed for security and fixing problems. We use a small number of essential cookies (for example to keep you logged in); we do not use advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

To provide the Service: create listings and images, host photos, fill templates and keep your account working.
To process payments, send receipts and manage your plan.
To answer support requests and call you back when you ask us to.
To keep the Service safe, prevent misuse and fix errors.
To send important account emails (for example password resets). We send marketing messages only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

3. AI processing

To write listings and edit images, the relevant product details and images are sent to AI service providers that process them on our behalf. We send only what is needed for the task, and we do not sell your data or let these providers use it to advertise to you.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run AutoList AI — cloud hosting and storage, payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery and AI processing — under confidentiality and security obligations; or when required by law. Images you choose to host are published at public links so marketplaces can display them. We do not sell personal data.

5. Where it is stored and how long

Data is stored on secure cloud servers and may be processed outside India by our service providers, with appropriate safeguards. We keep account data while your account is active. Generated marketplace files are kept for about 7 days. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example invoices).

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, separation between business accounts, access controls and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email support@autolistai.in — we respond within 30 days.

8. Grievance Officer

Grievance Officer — support@autolistai.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

9. Children

AutoList AI is a business tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we make important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
